Terms
These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale apply to the Country Girl Pantry website and to orders placed through it. They describe how the store actually works today.

Using the website
You may browse, create an account, and place orders for lawful personal use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in an abusive way, or use another person’s account.
Customer accounts
An account is required to check out. You are responsible for keeping access to the email and phone number on the account and for providing accurate information. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or other misuse.
Products
Product availability can change. Photos and descriptions are informational. Please review ingredients and product information before you buy or consume a product. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, evaluate the product information yourself. We do not make medical claims.
Wyoming Food Freedom products
Country Girl Pantry products sold under the Wyoming Food Freedom Act are homemade foods. These products are not certified, labeled, licensed, packaged, regulated or inspected as commercially produced food products are.
By placing an order you confirm you are buying as the end consumer: I understand that these are homemade food products and that I am purchasing them for my or my household's consumption, not for resale.
Learn more on our Food Freedom page. Checkout records a separate Food Freedom acknowledgment. That acknowledgment is not the same as agreeing to these Terms.
Orders
Submitting an order does not prevent us from correcting or cancelling it for inventory, pricing, technical, or eligibility problems. Orders are subject to availability. The price calculated by our server at checkout is the price that applies. You will receive an order confirmation when checkout completes.
Pickup
This store currently offers pickup only. You select an available market or pickup event at checkout. Pickup times and locations come from that scheduled event. Please collect your order during the stated event. We may contact you about an order using the email or phone on your account.
Shipping is not currently available. Shipping options may be offered in the future.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Square, our configured payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers on Country Girl Pantry systems.
Promotions
Promotional offers may have eligibility rules, may be limited to certain customers, may expire, and may be limited to one use. Offers cannot necessarily be combined. We may revoke an offer that was obtained or used through abuse or fraud.
Store credit / Cash Rewards
If Country Girl Pantry later offers promotional store credit (which we would display as CGP Cash), that value is promotional store credit, not cash you can withdraw, and cannot be exchanged for physical currency. Earning rates may differ between online and in-person purchases. Current rates, expiration, and redemption rules would be shown by the store when the program is turned on. These Terms do not promise that the program is active or state a specific earning rate or expiration.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
If something is wrong with an order, contact Country Girl Pantry. We review refund and cancellation requests individually. An approved refund is processed using the original payment method and any store-credit or reward adjustments that apply. We do not promise that all food purchases are refundable.
Recipes and website content
Recipes, preparation ideas, and other informational content are for general cooking information. You remain responsible for following product directions, checking allergens and ingredients, and storing and preparing food safely.
Intellectual property
Country Girl Pantry website content, branding, photography, and recipes on this site are protected as our content except where a third party owns the rights. These Terms do not give you ownership of that content.
Availability
The website, checkout, and related services may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, outages, or errors. We will work to restore service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without adding a mandatory arbitration requirement or a class-action waiver.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date above will change when we do. The current Terms are posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you are using the site under the posted Terms. Checkout may record the Terms version in effect when you place an order.
